July-August: House open for tours Thursday-Saturday, 11-3. We're happy to make appointments at other times, please contact us to arrange a time.

House is closed mid-October - June. Enjoy the grounds and the self-guided hike to the quarry any time during daylight hours. Note: since the facilities are available to rent for weddings, reunions, and other private functions, there may be times (especially Saturdays) that we are not open to the public. Please check in advance if traveling a long distance to visit.

Upcoming Events

Traditional Arts on the Farm, July 27 10:00am - 4:00 pm at Narramissic

Sunset Concert with Bruce Marshall, August 14, 6:00-8:00 pm at Narramissic. Bring a chair or blanket and a picnic for this outdoor event to celebrate Loon Echo's conservation of the Peabody-Fitch Woods. $10 suggested donation with proceeds benefitting Loon Echo Land Trust and Bridgton Historical Society.

To Work and to Paint, The Art of Charles Lewis Fox and Curtis Appleton Perry, Earle Shettleworth, Maine State Historian, 2:00 pm August 18, Admission $10 ($8 for BHS members)
