Off-season hours Tuesday and  Thursday  11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (and look for the "Open" flag for additional hours). To better serve you, we strongly recommend that researchers contact us in advance.


Narramissic is closed for the season, but the grounds are always open during daylight hours-. Thanks for a great year -- see you in 2015!

Application for Membership/Enrollment


We invite you to become a member of the Bridgton Historical Society, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization devoted to the collection, preservation, and interpretation of the history of Bridgton and surrounding areas, through the operation and maintenance of research facilities, a museum, and a historic site.  In addition to learning, meeting people, having fun, and feeling good about supporting a worthy cause, your membership provides you with:

  • Free admission to the Museum and Narramissic
  • Reduced admission to special events
  • Free use of our archival/genealogical files
  • Free copies of our periodic newsletter and notification of special events
